Distance Learning Update May 1

Dear West Side Families,

Congratulations to Mrs. Beth Mendez who will be recognized by the Rotary Club of Healdsburg Sunrise on May 6, 2020 at their annual Teacher Appreciation Breakfast.  Even though it will be held virtually, Mrs. Mendez will be recognized for her teaching accomplishments. We would like to congratulate Mrs. Mendez for her dedicated service to our students, and her outstanding role as a teacher in our local community! Please give her a shout out!

National Teacher Day:  May 5, 2020 Thank you to all of our teachers who continue to inspire our students. Thank you to our families for your support at home during this time!

Miss Nicole: Thank you to Miss Nicole for your contribution to West Side. We will miss her in the front office, as she will be returning home to be with her family.  Miss Diane will be assisting in the office for the remainder of the year. The office manager position will be posted in June.

April Learning Log: Please return to the teacher either via email or hard copy before or on May 6th.  

May 6: Please return and pick up packets:

Prior to picking up materials, please access the Public Health Order for information regarding facial coverings in public.

What are the procedures for the Learning Packet Pick Up?

1. Pull up to the curbside, in front of the office.
2. There is no need to leave your car, as campus is closed.
3. A staff member will take learning packet(s)and provide you with a new learning packet.
4. All grades except 5th have packet pickups.
