Día de Muertos Ofrenda at West Side!
Join us in celebration of this cultural tradition that honors loved ones who have passed away. Next Thursday, November 2nd, we will be putting up our annual Day of the Dead altar.
Ways to participate:
1. Parents are welcome to join Ms. Jessica on Thursday, Nov. 2nd at 8:30am to help decorate the altar. We will have all the supplies ready to be hung up.
2. From Oct 25th until Thursday Nov. 2nd, bring in a photo or drawing of a loved one who has passed away, and we will add it to the altar. *No original photos please—copies only.* If you would like your image returned to you, please write your student’s name and grade on the back.
